Your purchase is personalized digital artwork. No physical banner, magnets, or hanging supplies are shipped. After receiving the final file, arrange printing with a provider of your choice.

Send the exact names and wording requested in your Etsy listing, plus any requested celebration, ship, sailing date, or stateroom details. Include only information you want printed. Double-check spelling, capitalization, and dates, and tell us when you need the finished file.

Printing is purchased separately. Use Walgreens Photo or another print provider that supports your file size and chosen material. Confirm availability and pickup or delivery before ordering. Match the exact file dimensions in your listing. A 2 × 6 ft banner is 24 × 72 inches; a 23 × 71 inch file is different. Do not stretch it to fit. Ask GYA or your printer for help if the product size does not match.

1. Download your final personalized file from your order and save a backup. Use the original file, not a screenshot, watermarked proof, or image saved from this website. Check names, dates, and stateroom details before printing.
2. Check the full print preview. Names, borders, and important details should fit without cropping. Confirm the file, size, material, and preview before paying.
3. Check Walgreens’ current Photo offers before checkout. Discounts, eligible products, and expiration dates vary; confirm any code applies to your banner.

Seeing an image-quality warning?

We have had good results printing GYA banners at Walgreens, including orders that showed a quality warning. Results depend on the file and size. Use the original final file at its intended size and check the preview. If a warning remains, ask GYA through Etsy Messages or the print staff to check before paying. Proceed once the file, size, and preview have been confirmed.

Check your cruise line’s current rules and your specific stateroom door before sailing. Some doors do not hold magnets. For Disney sailings, keep decorations on the door and avoid tape, glue, gel adhesives, and over-the-door hanging organizers. Keep corridor walls and ceilings clear.

Our suggested setup

The banner itself is not magnetic. Separate strong, rubber-coated magnets hold it against a compatible metal door. Six magnets are a starting arrangement, not a guaranteed holding strength. Distribute them along the edges, test the hold gently, and add support if needed. Keep the handle, peephole, room number, and safety notices clear.

Magnetic hooks or clips may suit lightweight signs on a compatible door. For the full banner, use the separate rubber-coated magnets shown in our hanging reel. Magnets and hanging supplies are purchased separately. Keep strong magnets away from children.

Remove the banner and magnets carefully at the end of your cruise. Keep the banner clean and dry, roll it back into its protective tube, and store the magnets separately so they do not mark the artwork.

Standard personalization means adding the names, dates, or wording offered in the selected design’s Etsy listing. Roll the banner carefully, design side out, and place it in a protective banner tube. Avoid folding or crushing it. Carry it with you when luggage rules allow. Follow your printer’s care advice for the material you chose. Remove the banner and magnets carefully at the end of your cruise. Keep the banner clean and dry, roll it back into its protective tube, and store the magnets separately so they do not mark the artwork.

Review the proof sent through Etsy Messages for spelling, names, dates, wording, layout, and size. Send any requested corrections together, then clearly confirm your approval. A proof is for review only; wait for the final file before printing. Request corrections before approving your proof. Included revisions depend on your listing or agreed custom quote. A new design direction or changes requested after approval may need additional time and a separate quote. Message us first so we can confirm what is included.

After approval, receive the final personalized digital file using the delivery instructions attached to your Etsy order. Save the original file and a backup. Your digital purchase does not include a printed banner, magnets, or hanging supplies; printing is arranged and paid for separately.

Ask your printer to compare paper and non-adhesive vinyl at your exact file size. Paper can be a practical option for an indoor cruise-door display; protect it from moisture, creases, and tears. Consider vinyl if you want a sturdier banner for repeat use, and confirm its weight, finish, and suitable magnetic support. Vinyl banner material is not the same as an adhesive door decal. Follow your cruise line’s rules for materials and display; neither option includes magnets.

Outside the United States, use a local or online print shop that can print your supplied file at its exact dimensions. A 2 × 6 ft file is 60.96 × 182.88 cm; do not resize it to the nearest standard metric size without checking with us. Confirm material, file acceptance, cost, and collection or delivery time with the printer before ordering your print. Walgreens is a U.S. example, not a requirement.
